If the school has an indoor space that can be used then we will run the sessions from there in bad weather. If not, decisions will be made to cancel no later than 12pm on the day.
If it rains and there is no other available space to hold the session, the school/parents will be refunded. All refunds are be processed at the end of each term, or can be taken off the next invoice for the new term if they continue
If the decision is made to go ahead with the session and the weather gets worse the coach will make the decision as to whether it is safe for play to go on. If it starts raining partway through a session, coaches will stop play if they feel it is getting dangerous.
