As long as you love playing netball, or want to give it a go, that is all that matters. One of the most important things to us is promoting the social side of sport and the sense of belonging to a team. Playing in a team has huge personal, social and emotional benefits and we firmly believe that there is a sport for everyone.

Jewellery and long nails
We adhere to England Netball’s rules regarding jewellery. Only a medical bracelet may be worn during play, and must be taped. All other jewellery, including fitness trackers and ear piercings, must be removed before taking the court. Nails must be kept short and smooth.
-
What happens if it rains?
Some of our sessions are outdoors, depending on court availability, and being in the UK that means the weather can affect play. We monitor the weather every day and talk to the coaches throughout the day to determine whether the sessions will go ahead if there is no indoor space available. Decisions will be made to cancel no later than 2 hours before the session is due to begin.
If it rains then the missed session will be added to the end of the block of sessions.
If the decision is made to go ahead with the session and the weather gets worse the coach will make the decision as to whether it is safe for play to go on. If it starts raining partway through a session, coaches will stop play if they feel it is getting dangerous.
-
What if I sign up and decide I want to leave?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if you decide that Netball isn’t for you after signing up. If you need to leave because of an injury or illness, please get in contact with us at info@play-netball.co.uk
